DOCK WHEELS

We have developed a heavy duty corner wheel and brackets. The bracket is made of ¼" galvanized steel and has a 1½" schedule 40 center post to take lots of punishment. All bracket include a heavy 12" vinyl inflatable wheel and has a special hub for wear. These wheels are great for docking, especially when high winds and current make docking difficult. Comes with hardware to attach to dock. The DW-12HE and DW-12HLE is used with new construction of wood dock.


DW-12 This dock wheel bracket has a 4" lip for corner use.	DW-12S This bracket can be used on the side of a dock.
DW-12WD Sometimes the 4" lip is too long and interferes with hardware. The 11/2" lip works good in these cases.	DW-12HE 1/4" heavy duty hardware. DW-12HLE 3/16" homeowner’s hardware.

DOCK WHEELS

Merco Marine™ has developed hardware to go with the 24" diameter 8" tread width wheel. This wheel is blow molded from tough high - density polyethylene. They are rated at 700# load capacity and covered by a 3- year warranty.

Dock Hardware Kit

The hardware can be used for roll in docks using our kit. You buy 1½" schedule 40 pipe for the axle and upright. All the fasteners, brace and brackets come in the kit.
